These Terms govern your use of this website, operated by Cristina's Bakery & More in Orange, Connecticut. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Ordering & pickup
Prices are in US dollars and Connecticut sales tax is added at checkout. Online orders are for pickup at 308 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT unless you choose DoorDash delivery. Custom cake requests are a request, not a confirmed order — Cristina contacts you (usually within 24 hours) to confirm details, availability, and final price before your order is accepted.
Cancellations & refunds
All online orders are final — no refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Food allergies
Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free of a specific allergen. Please tell us about allergies when ordering, but order at your own discretion.
Your content
If you upload a reference photo for a custom cake, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it only to prepare your order.
Disclaimers & liability
The website and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
