- Information you provide when you place an order or request a custom cake: your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup date and time, delivery address (for custom-cake delivery), any reference photo you upload, and notes about your order.
- Payment information is entered directly into our payment processor, Clover, and is handled by them. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We store your cart and language preference on your own device.
How we use it
To prepare and fulfill your order, contact you about your order, process payment, and keep records required for our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: Clover (payment processing), Resend (order and notification emails), and Vercel (website hosting, image storage, and order database). If you choose delivery through DoorDash, your order is placed on DoorDash's own platform under their policies. We also share information when required by law.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, without discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will verify and respond within 45 days.
Data retention
We keep order information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet tax and record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.
